Privacy Policy

Last updated on October 17, 2026

Printify Gifts (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to our website and to orders placed through it. We are the business responsible for your personal information when you shop with us. Our print-on-demand partner makes and ships your order on our behalf, and handles your details only for that purpose.

Our store is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under 16 where local law requires. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and order details. Name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and what you ordered.
  • Account details. If you create an account: your login email and your order history.
  • Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits and the payment status.
  • Messages and content. What you send us through the contact form or email, and any reviews or photos you submit.
  • Device and usage information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, time stamps and cookie data. We can work out your approximate location from your IP address.
  • Information from others. Our payment, fulfillment and delivery partners tell us about payment status, production and delivery. Fraud-prevention services may tell us if an order looks risky.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as health, race, religion or government ID.

3. How we use your information

  • To process, print, ship and support your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
  • To take payments and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, claims and refunds.
  • To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in the email.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To follow the law, enforce our terms and protect our rights.

4. Who we share it with

  • Production and fulfillment partner. Receives your name, delivery address, phone number, email and order details so it can make and ship your order.
  • Payment providers. Stripe and PayPal process payments. Banks handle bank transfers.
  • Delivery carriers. Receive your name and address to deliver your package.
  • Website, email, security and analytics providers that help us run the store.
  • Legal and safety. Authorities or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and property.
  • Business changes. A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganised.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We only share it with service providers that agree to protect it and use it for the service they provide to us.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technology to keep your cart and login working, remember choices such as your product grid layout and recently viewed items, keep the site secure, and (if enabled) measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may stop working.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fulfil orders, handle claims, keep tax and accounting records, resolve disputes and meet legal duties. After that we delete or anonymise it. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we stop using your details for it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and payment providers that meet card-industry security standards. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use and share, and ask for a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your personal information, with some legal exceptions;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising and profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects;
  • appeal if we decline your request.

We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Nevada residents can ask us not to sell their personal information by emailing us with “Nevada opt-out” in the subject line.

9. How to use your rights

  • Email contact@printifygifts.com or use our contact form, and tell us what you want to do.
  • We may ask for details such as your name, email and an order number to confirm it is you.
  • We aim to respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you why, and it can be extended by another 45 days where the law allows.
  • You can ask someone to make a request for you if you give them written, signed permission. We will still verify your identity with you.
  • If we decline a request, you can appeal within 45 days by emailing us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.
  • Updating your account details yourself is quick: log in to My account.

10. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites. They have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, so please check back from time to time.
